This Privacy Policy explains how Creen AI handles information when you use our mobile application. By using Creen AI, you acknowledge the practices described below.

1. Who We Are

2. Information We Process

Depending on how you use the app, we may process the following information:

Prompts and settings: text prompts and generation choices such as aspect ratio, duration, resolution, and output format.
Images and video references: media that you choose from your device for image or video generation. The app sends selected reference media to the generation service only when you request a generation.
Generated content: image or video results returned by the generation service.
Local app history: generated-content references, prompts, timestamps, and local file paths stored on your device so the app can display your history.
Advertising and device information: information processed by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), such as advertising identifiers, app/device information, diagnostics, and ad interaction information, subject to your consent and Google's policies.

Creen AI does not require you to create an account and, based on the current app implementation, does not intentionally collect your name, email address, contacts, precise location, or payment details inside the app.

3. How We Use Information

To submit your prompts and selected media for AI image or video generation.
To return, display, save, and manage generated content and local history.
To operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the app.
To display advertising where permitted by applicable law and your choices.
To respond to support, privacy, or legal requests.
To prevent misuse, fraud, security incidents, or violations of applicable law.

4. Third-Party Services

Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)

Creen AI uses Google Mobile Ads to show advertisements. Where required, the app requests consent using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before requesting ads. You can review or change available advertising choices using the Privacy Choices option in the app.

Depending on your location and choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Even non-personalized advertising can involve limited device or advertising information. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google's information about advertising.

5. Legal Bases for Processing

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases as applicable:

Performance of a contract: to provide generation features that you request.
Consent: for personalized advertising and other processing that requires consent. You may withdraw consent through the app's Privacy Choices feature where available.
Legitimate interests: to maintain app security, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve reliability, while balancing those interests against your rights.
Legal obligations: where processing is necessary to comply with applicable law.

6. Storage and Retention

Generated-content history is stored locally on your device. You can remove local history by using the app's available deletion controls or by clearing the app's data/uninstalling the app, subject to your device's behavior.

Data sent to third-party services may be retained by those providers according to their own policies and operational requirements. We do not promise a specific retention period for data processed by third parties. Do not submit personal, confidential, or sensitive information in prompts or reference media unless you have the right and a clear reason to do so.

7. Permissions

The app may request access to your photo library or media storage so you can select reference media and save generated content. You can manage these permissions through your device settings. If you deny a permission, the related feature may not work.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to object to certain processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Children's Privacy

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled through the app. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Transfers

Third-party service providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence. Where required, applicable providers are responsible for using appropriate safeguards for international transfers under their own policies and legal obligations.
