1. Application Description
Emoji AI is an artificial intelligence-powered application that allows users to create custom emojis, stickers, selfie emojis, selfie stickers, and remix existing images into new creative designs.
Generated content is created automatically by AI systems and may vary in style, quality, and accuracy.
2. License to Use
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal and non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, resell, or exploit any part of the Application.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- Use the Application for unlawful or harmful activities.
- Circumvent security or access restrictions.
3. User Content
Certain features allow users to upload photos, selfies, images, prompts, or other content.
You retain ownership of content you upload. However, you grant the Developer permission to process such content solely for providing requested AI generation services.
You agree not to upload content that:
- Violates applicable laws.
- Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
- Contains unlawful, abusive, hateful, or harmful material.
- Violates the privacy rights of others.
4. AI Generated Content
The Application uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate images, emojis, stickers, and other visual content.
Generated content is automatically produced and may not always be unique, accurate, or suitable for every purpose.
The Developer does not guarantee ownership, exclusivity, or copyright protection for AI-generated results.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and determining the suitability of generated content before use.
5. Selfie Features
Selfie Emoji and Selfie Sticker features may process photos containing faces.
The Application does not perform identity verification, facial recognition, or biometric identification.
Photos are processed only to generate the requested results.
6. Subscriptions and Purchases
Some features may require a subscription or one-time purchase.
Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and policies.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through your account settings.
7. Third-Party Services
The Application may utilize third-party providers for AI processing, cloud infrastructure, analytics, crash reporting, subscription management, and payment processing.
Such services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Internet Access
Many Application features require an active internet connection.
The Developer is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet service providers, network outages, device limitations, or third-party services.
