These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the application Guitar Tone Match AI (“App”), developed by Tahayuun Nikmah. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
The App provides AI-powered tools to analyze guitar tones and generate matching presets. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, or interfere with its normal operation.
2. AI-Generated Results
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate tone matching results based on audio input. Results are provided for reference and creative use only.
We do not guarantee that generated tones will perfectly match original recordings.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. All payments are handled through the Apple App Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and technology in the App are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without permission.
You retain rights to audio you upload, but you grant the App permission to process it for functionality.
5. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or inaccuracies resulting from use of the App.
6. Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access if you violate these Terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
